1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the InternShift platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

These terms apply to all users of the website, including students, visitors, administrators, and any other persons who access or use the platform.

2 Eligibility

To enroll in our internship programs, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Be currently enrolled in or have completed a recognized educational program
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Have a valid email address for account verification and communication

InternShift reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any applicant who does not meet these criteria or provides false information.

3 Internship Program

Our internship program is designed for educational and skill-development purposes. By enrolling, you agree to:

• Complete all assigned projects and assessments with academic integrity
• Submit original work only — plagiarism or copying will result in immediate disqualification
• Respect intellectual property rights of InternShift, mentors, and fellow participants
• Follow the professional code of conduct at all times
• Meet project submission deadlines as outlined in your internship schedule
• Not share proprietary course materials or internal resources with non-enrolled individuals

4 User Accounts

When you create an account with InternShift, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Not share your account with anyone else
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your account information up to date

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. InternShift is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

5 Payment & Refunds

Payment:

• All fees must be paid in full before the internship program begins
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods
• Payment verification is required before internship access is granted

Refund Policy:

• Within 7 days of enrollment — full refund available if no project submissions have been made
• After 7 days or after first submission — no refund will be issued
• Plan upgrades — the difference in plan fees must be paid; no partial refunds for downgrades
• Technical issues — if our platform is inaccessible for 48+ hours due to our fault, we will extend your internship duration accordingly

6 Certification

• Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of all required projects and assessments
• Each certificate has a unique verification ID that can be validated by employers
• InternShift reserves the right to withhold certification if performance standards are not met
• Certificates are issued digitally and can be downloaded from your student dashboard
• Misrepresenting or forging a InternShift certificate may result in legal action

7 Intellectual Property

• All content on the InternShift website is the property of InternShift and is protected by intellectual property laws
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent
• Projects you create during the internship remain your intellectual property, but InternShift may use anonymized versions for educational purposes
• Course materials and project briefs must not be shared outside the platform

8 Prohibited Conduct

While using our platform, you agree not to:

• Submit plagiarized, AI-generated, or copied work as your own
• Use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or platform systems
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users, mentors, or staff
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or any harmful code
• Share login credentials or allow others to access your account
• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications

Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

9 Limitation of Liability

• InternShift provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We do not guarantee job placement or specific career outcomes
• InternShift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question
• We are not responsible for technical disruptions or data loss beyond our reasonable control

10 Termination

InternShift may terminate or suspend your access at any time for reasons including:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Academic integrity violations (plagiarism, cheating)
• Harassment or abusive behavior towards other users or staff
• Non-payment of fees
• Providing false or misleading information

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any fees already paid are non-refundable unless specified in our refund policy.

11 Modifications to Terms

InternShift reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
